Chỉ tình trạng chênh lệch không đáng kể về số lượng hoặc mức độ, gần như ngang nhau. Cũng dùng để nói sự cố ý đánh tráo, lập lờ, làm lẫn lộn giữa thật với giả, tốt với xấu nhằm gian lận.

It refers to things that differ only slightly in quantity or degree, being almost the same. It is also used for deliberate trickery or ambiguity that mixes up the genuine and the fake, or the good and the bad, in order to deceive.
